Theodosia Apts with San stef travel

Thanks to ppl who replied about access to apts via quads a while back.
A couple of you mentioned Theodosia apts and they have availability for our dates next year.
A couple of q's if you don't mind again!
Noula has offered 2 x ground floor apts. 1x2bed 1x1bed
 Is there any view?
 What is the area immediately outside like? Is there space to park a wheelchair/quad/scooter
 How basic are they? (only 1 room pic on website) and what kind of "living space" do they have?
Would be grateful for help as need to decide between this and another fairly sharpish!

Hi -
No real view from the ground floor, but plenty of parking for anything, surrounded by nice well kept gardens and lots of flowers in pots.
Don't be put off by that - very pleasant surroundings!! One apartment at the back on left side as you look at Apts., just looks at a wall.
Best to face the front as you get a nice sea breeze coming in and you won't want the aircon!
I would stay there again!! We all liked it there!

We too will stay there again. Although they are basic they have everything you need and the living space in the largest apartment on the ground floor is fine. The location is particularly good and as tony says there is plenty of room around the buiding. We did not use the air con at all in July/August. Hope this helps. Do ask us if there is anything else you want to know.

Well I have a question for you Lynn, just how did you manage to overbalance and fall over the Balcony!! LOL
(yes I know it wasn't - but it sounds good!!) - so how did you do the leg?
Was it:
A) the red wine
B) the ouzo
C) the white wine
D) the other booze
E) the "bike park" caused an imbalance
D) you were not looking where you were going!
F) the rose wine
G) all of the above!!
I hope you are all healed up and back fully in action now!! Bet you won't do that again in a hurry!! Ouch !! LOL

WHY WILL NOBODY BELIEVE  I WAS SOBER !!!!!???
I had arrived, unpacked suitcase, stuck mozzie nets on window.... and then went to get water and wine (One of former, two of latter....) as  i was walking back to the apartment I slipped sideways off my wooden scholl sandal and felt something rip in my foot! So ...... I'd like to say it was leaping from the top of the wardrobe onto the bed.... or some such... it wasn't  AND I WAS SOBER!!!!!!

"I skidded off my scholl sandal"!! - very plausible!! And what speed were you doing to burst your shoes!!?
Hmmmmm!! I thought those sandals were supposed to be really good for your feet!!
