We took an initial amount of Euros in cash and the remainder in €travel cheques. However, when we got there Noula was offering a better GBP - Euro rate than we got in the UK and it got better whilst we were there 1.12, 1.13 and 1.14 on the final day not a great deal of difference but still money in our pockets not the banks! A 2% fee was charged to cash our Euro T/C.

Had a safe deposit box at San Stef Travel so perhaps cash is an option next time?
