Holiday reps

The reps should be just around if something does happen - for example an emergency, but for this there is usually a 24 hr phone number for you to get in touch with someone if you feel the need.

Well even the 24/7 hotline (not that hot actually), is manned by the same Reps.
I think we should all bless Thompson's for not taking on Jules as the S S rep!!
After all she would meet us at the Airport and then take us all to the wrong rooms!!
i.e.(how do you spell "six" - Oooooopppps! sorry - I thought that meant you wanted a double room) for 6?? !! etc. LOL!!

It's funny you should pick on the number 6. Last year we were given our key on arrival and we asked if it was a 6 or if it was a 9 and were told (we thought) it was 6. So there we were trying to get into number 6 and the key wouldn't unlock the door. Yes it was a number 9. Good job the people who were in number 6 were not actually in at the time!!! So if you were in that room at Teresa at the end of August last year we were not trying to rob you lol!!!

Luckily, you were not given the key for room No. 11 then, you would have had to attack yourself for breaking into your own room!! LOL

One of them had just been transfered from an all inclusive resort and made it quite clear that the only thing she looks forward to is her day off, thats nice! I nearly commented that she could always go work in an office instead of this little bit of paradise but I got "the look" off hubby! WHY do they take the job on??
