Which actual airline were you flying with Sue? Did they offer a refund so you could make alternative arrangements? >:(

Sounds like RobbinAir - same sort of customer service - - -none!!!

We are flying with Viking Airlines.  The cancellation fee was if we wanted to change the flight they had offered us.

As each flight time changes are less than 12hrs they offer no compensation. ( small print) Didn't get to the begging stage but was talking VERY SLOW and getting sarcastic on the phone. Johns advice is to keep clear when I do that >:( >:( >:( >:(

So we have accepted the new times, nothing else we can do.

Will have to stay longer on the beach and drink more in Glenns' to make up for it. ::) ::) ::) ::)
