Evening Meal Review

<< < (15/17) > >>

Colin:
I had no problems with Zorba's either, I just wish I could remember the name of the lovely chicken dish I had!  :'(

Bristle Boy:
Me and my wife went there 3 times back in June. Thought the food was pretty good. Certainly wouldn't put anyone off eating there.

tonyco1:
Well I speak as I find, Zorba's is of course a bit 'Touristy' Greek, but I go every year and will go again next time I am sure.
Some of their meals were superb in the past!
In fairness to Don, I think his comment was directed more towards the tourist type feel, rather than the food quality,
but who knows - any restaurant can have an off day!! As individuals we all have preferences!

Bristle Boy:
Yes Zorbas is touristy compared to some of the other establishments in San Stef, but, hey, in San Stef i'm a tourist!

If it was touristy and food naff then that defo wouldn't float my boat, but the food was v.good in our opinion.
Staff friendly, always smiling, good fun, talkative and not one of those establishments that take your custom for granted. What more could one want from a restaurant?!

Zimmer:
Funnily enough I agree with both Don n Brissle...on the one hand it does lure tourists Greeky stuff which, once youve been twice around the block , can seem to be corny but God what I wouldnt give to be that fit !! and I liked the food , ok not historic as Michael Winner would say, but perfectly passable , Myrna enjoyed the food a lot and the 18 year old desert expert seemed well pleased
