Long term rental properties

Please could you advise if you deal with any companies that offer long term rental properties. We have been coming ot the isand for many years now and my husband and I are moving out there permanently next year. We are wanting accommodation for summer and winter in san stef/ avliotis. Can you help?

All I know is that the EFI apartments are now used primarily for long term lets, be they permanently in San Stef or Summer works like reps.

Contact Paula who runs the gift shop next to Margaritas, her Husband Spiros is in that business.
You can contact Paula via Noula of San Stef Travel (her sister).
Also ask Holistica (Gwen) as she lives there and would have more chance to ask around for recommended companies that have a good reputation.
The Locals usually have the best info on this kind of thing,
Bev (Bubbles & Kipper), also lives there and rents a place - so one of these should be the best bet to give you a start!
