Hi Mary - lovely to hear from you again!
I can't go in Sept this time - we just can't get the dogs looked after so I am cancelling some leave!
We are gutted - but I forgot to book in the dogs early in the year. I won't put them in Kennels so That's it!!

We are looking to go away over Xmas time instead, maybe - looking but prices are too expensive !!
We were going on another cruise, I found a really good deal, but the flights to USA (MIAMI), have doubled around Xmas to £650-700+
This all equates to around £2800, basic price - plus spending - for two! Not sure I want to spend that much!
May end up going to Goa in the end - Tenerife, etc. is also very expensive for what you get!
I think anything Spain/Portugal will be too cold for the beach!!
Checked out Egypt, but the write-ups on Trip advisor put us right off!!
Not like when I went last time to Hurghada/Sharm el Sheik.
Egypt has done some kind of deal with Russia and 80% of the tourists now seem to be the Russians, (subsidised travel),
but they are the worst kind of Russians. Most reports in every Hotel I looked up say they now cater to Russian taste,
they are very rude, won't queue  - just push you out of the way, some reports quote them spitting on the hotel floors!!
I will give it a big wide miss!!

Thanks Jules, yes I know where you mean, passed it when the coach was picking up, we'll visit the next time.  Tony, thats a shame, there's always something to sort out, with me its the kids and the dog. lol.  We have friends who are going to sharm el sheik at xmas, don't know where they are staying, but I'll just keep quiet, don't want to upset them.

We checked that out - but seems very expensive this year - would cost us £2300 - could do a cruise for that!!

Sorry about Don - Hendrix, he's grumpy because the big pink curlers in his hair are sticking into his scalp!!
Also, his bra is the wrong cup size - some men just won't listen!!
