Wasps in San Stefanos

We go to SS every September and the wasps are a nuisance. It might sound ridiculous :-[ but we use insect repellent on ourselves and spray the sunbeds or the ground around us with Raid this certainly helps keep the wasps away.   :)

Katie they are active in September but not to the extent that they will spoil your meal times outdoors.

Bristle Boy:
Loads of the little blighters, at this time of the year in the Med and surrounding areas. Bad enough here in August/Sept.

Will have to walk round with a jam jar and catch the blighters like I did when I was a kid!

The type of wasp in S S is not very aggressive, so just gently wave them away or ignore them, they only get excited if you jump around waving your arms about like your'e having a fit, or like Don trying to get his wallet out!!
