Within 60 seconds of last posting!

I keep getting an error message basically saying that I have posted within the last 60 seconds. I can leave it a couple of minutes but still struggle to post on that thread. Anyone else getting the same problem?

This was something I changed when the spammers arrived in order to stop multiple posts. Have increased threshold therefore problem should go away.
