Means nothing if you don't declare any long term medication or medical problem you've had treatment for.
These insurance companies hate paying out, even something non-related in our eyes, can be used against you, as some insurers said,
"you didn't declare something, so insurance is invalid".
Always check the small print.

I think on our annual policy its if you have had treatment for any condition within the last 12 months but I will check that out.
