San Stefanos Online ~ North West Corfu

I stayed at Athina last year with my husband for our Honeymoon - could not fault it at all!  I'm pretty sure we had a fridge in the room, we must have kept our booze somewhere!  We booked for this year before we left last year, 31 days to go and we're there for 9 days with my step kids and my daughter and her boyfriend, cannot wait to get back there!  The pool is just perfection and the proximity to the beach we loved too.  Plus you're still in the centre of the village for all the tavernas and shops.  It's a great choice!

Hi all, not been on here for a long while!  But I'm happy to say I'm finally coming back to San Stef!  And it'll be for my Honeymoon

Hi all, haven't posted on here in a LONG time!  I'm staying in Kassiopi next year for three weeks and wanted to visit San Stef a couple of times.  Planning on green bussing it over but wasn't sure if I can get a taxi back?  Is it still the case that San Stef doesn't have a taxi rank?  So would I have to pay extra for it to come out to San Stef to pick me up and take me back to Kassiopi?

I'm a single parent too and in 2012 stayed at Barras with my daughter who was 9 at the time. First time I took her to Corfu on my own she was 6. I've always felt safe in Corfu, and especially San Stefanos, you couldn't have picked a better place! Barras is absolutely lovely and the staff were so nice to my daughter - although were convinced we were sisters!! We did a couple of day trips with San Stef Travel but other than that were at the pool or beach. Just get some lilos and water pistols and it's enough entertainment to last for days! A lot of the restaurants do Greek dancing in the evenings which is great entertainment for the kids and grown ups! There was also Bingo at Thomas Bay hotel (next door to Barras) which my daughter loved! And an Elvis impersonator that I loved! I'm sure you will feel safe and all three of you will have a fantastic time!
