Information and help please / Scuba Diving

Hi Everyone
Coming to San Stefanos for the 1st time in two weeks
, can't come quick eneough.
Can you help with the following please.
1. Can anyone recommend where OH can go to do scuba diving, one that provides the gear etc?
2. Is it ok to go into the tavernas if not ordering a meal as we are halfboard?
3. Will the mossies be bad at this time of year?
4. Does Hotel Athina have a website/email address?
