San Stefanos Online ~ North West Corfu

A couple of years ago, we did a BBQ on Boxing Day.  It was great. 6 degrees outside,but lovely and sunny.
We had my brother and his family (he married an Aussie) and her sister and husband (obviously Australian too).
Most people buy snacks and nibbles (no rude comments please!!) at Christmas anyway,so it wasn't as much hassle as it would have been to prepare a meal for 11.

The weather was better than last years summer!!!!

Try it one year,its a good laugh.

Hello everyone

Not been on forum for ages.I feel terribly guilty as although we fell in love with SS last year and vowed to return,unfortunately flights to SS from Luton were incredibly expensive that (what with credit crunch etc..)we are going to Portugal for 10 days, ( with the flights,accomm,) paying slightly more than what we would pay for just the flights to SS.

Will still look on forum to see whats going on in SS.

Also,very disappointed as there is no website/forum for where I am staying in Portugal.

It really helps by loggin on here before you go. I had written down a list of all of the reccommended eateries,and can tell you that we didn't have a bad meal.

So thanks.

Anyone been to Olhos d'Agua on the Algarve???

 Hello everyone

I have been trying to get an online quote for accommodation in SS,but have had no reply.
Does anyone know if they are working through the winter??

You guys have already booked up for this year,I'm beginning to panic!!!!!

Any comments on the Efi Garden pool and apartments?? They look very nice on the SSTravel website.

Do I book flight first or accom? I'm a bit nervous about doing this independently.

Any ideas or helpful hints??

Long time no write...I forgot what my password was..what a spanner!!!!!

Can anyone help me. Wrote an email to Thanassis (Tsaros Apartments) for availability next summer,but as yet I have had no reply.Does he go away for the winter?

I'd really like to go back in the summer,but would go independently rather than pay Thompson silly money.

Yes I know about the charge for the trollies.
Hubby works near the Airport and hears all sorts!!!

Not paying it though,out of principle!!! Good job our bags have got wheels.
Anyway don't really have to carry them far.

I've written down all the names of the eateries you all reccommend, so when coming to choose at dinner time,we can work our way through the list.
Can't wait to try all the food.

I havn't been to Greece since 1997 and that was with no kids...young free and single!!!
Different kettle of fish now,hubby and 2 kids in tow..

San Stef has a tremendous reputation to live up to. You guys all love it so much,that you return year after year.Maybe we will too....Watch this space.
