   If wives are to be allowed to vote,    Mrs Tenbeech has chosen

   1  Olympia

   2  The Waves

   3  Beachcomber

   Now I must get back in the kitchen and finish the washing up .

Hi all , SFC 2013 ,  latest voting  / recommendation table from 2012 experiences :-

1st place..........Nafsika..........17
2nd = .............Little Prince....16.
2nd = .............Olympia.........16
4th..................Romanza........11
5th..................Beachcomber..9
6th..................Ozzie Oils.......8

Can we have a few more votes to legitimise and strengthen trends ? We had a few more voting last year resulting in the table below, happy to keep a running total as votes come in, naturally the views of partners of posters are significant and very welcome.

2012 recommendations ( based on 2011 experiences)

1st place...........Olympia........40
2nd..................Mythica.........27.5
3rd...................Little Prince...26
4th...................Nafsika.........24
5th...................Ozzie Oils......17.5
6th...................Zorbas..........17

2011 table

1st ...................Mythica
2nd...................Little Prince
3rd....................Olympia
3rd=  ................Ozzie Oils
3rd = ................Zorbas

Some consistent stayers in the last 3 seasons ? Mythica was clearly a major player in the village, such a shame it's no longer trading, any news re a return? We used to like The Olive Press again a sad closure.

We have very rarely had a bad meal in San Stef.  However, we did experience poor prawns (had not been cleaned, sand etc, sac not removed) in the Nafsica and my wife stubbonly refuses to give it another go.  I will persuade her this year.  Anyhoo, best three.

1. Olympia
2. Little Prince
3. Tasty Corner

As with a lot of posters, not had a bad meal so far. My choice is a bit biased with staying at the Romanza for the last eight years.

1...Romanza
2...Nafsika
3...Beachcomber
3..= Little Prince

Agree with everyone that we haven't had a bad meal in SS.    However top three for us are:

1  Olympia
2  Waves
3  Yiannis Grill (opposite Mythica)

It is difficult, but on any visit, the ones I would make sure I went to more than once are:

1) Ilias (in Avliotes, but it counts)

2) Golden Beach/Fantasea

3) Ozzie Oils

Everyone should have at least one lunch and one evening visit to Ilias.

I must admit I can be quite unadventurous when I visit San Stefanos, I know where I like so I tend to stick to them but after having read some of the reviews I think I will try different places this year, including Fantasea and Barras. I havent eaten in either of them for an age but they seem to come highly recommended on here :)

My top three would have to be;

1. Beachcomber
2. Little Prince
3. Ozzie Oils

I second Ilias in Avilotes, we had a superb lunch there whilst out on one of our walks, not sure that I would like to walk on the road to Avilotes in the dark though so will book a taxi for our evening visit, it really is a superb place to chill out and enjoy good food.

My top three are:
 1. Yiannis (opposite where Mythica was) - lamb on the spit on a Saturday night is to die for and Yiannis and Mike are superb hosts.....roll on 15th June!!!!!!!
 2. Little Prince - never had bad meal - perfect hosts - great dancing
 2= Ilias in Avliotes - a hidden gem - mixed grill my particular favourite

As everyone has said we really are spoilt for choice in San Stefanos -  :)
