Weirdly this site is my first of most days,especially the nearer I get to the hols....but Tone posts here at 3.00 am!!which beats me and Jools by 3 or 4 hours so.suggestions on a postcard , is he

(a) an insomniac
(b) A night nurse - we know he likes nurses uniforms lol
(c) On his way to work
(d) He's a vampire lol

Hey - I'm not that bad - but I started Night shift last night, and halfway through the workload I was feeling the pressure,
so I took a break and chilled out with this site - amazing how it relaxes you!

Just woke up 13:30ish, and waiting for my netbook delivery - still not here!!

At night, I get around 3 hours with having to look after staff  - to do next weeks staff allocation,
which I do over a few nights, And hope I don't get a call to go and manage emergencies on the railway track,
or preserve evidence, find any dead bodies, or sort any kind of emergency!!
Anything to keep my trains running!! Then as I am on a Train Operations desk during traffic hours,
I manage all the staff ect."boring" ect., but not when staff don't get up and you do juggling acts to supply trains.
Also the phone can melt down some days. - So this site is a real chiller for me!!
Yes I do 24/7 shifts so when my work is done and it's quiet - beware!!
Actually, I mainly do it from home as usually too busy during daytimes, to even look.

Strange that Tony is not alone as an anti-social hours poster. Most regulars will notice Suela is of the same ilk. The question must be asked..... Has anyone seen them together? .... No!!!!!..... Are they the same person? .....

Don how could you betray our Sue like that making out she could really be Tony. Sue doesn't wear a brillo on her head.

Be careful TC with rotten shifts- my wife was a police gaoler on some real bad shifts and had to finish as she got M.E. and there were at least three others in the cell block with some nasty health issues. All blamed on the shifts.

Ahh - well that explains your great love of the handcuffs routine!! LOL

I have basically done shift work since I was 18, I find it great!!
People with health issues probably would have them anyway,

I hate it on a week when I have to work 9-5 - it seems such a long day and drags,
plus travelling in rush hour traffic - no thanks!!
I do early shifts = leave about 05:30, and drive in - 12 mins - drive home at lunch time 15 mins
walk the dogs - have a siesta for 2+ hours, go to bed late-ish!
My late shifts = drive in lunch time - 15 mins - - drive home at 9pm eat, stay up late-ish, bit of a lay-in!
Nights = this week start 9pm - home by 06:10 - sleep up about 1.30pm, fresh as a daisy and ready to go!!
and I get 6 days off after nights!! So shift work has its perks!

But don't sleep too well, so often come on here for a catch up on the gossip.

Also you are more likely to be able to get a word in as Don will be tucked up in his bed next to Sandra!!!!

Just had word from Noula.............. The block and tackle is nearly fitted at THEODOSIA for lifting Tony In and out of bed and on and off the LOO..... She also says his bus pass is garbage in Greece!
