Left shoulder 2 years ago right shoulder this year for me. Started physio yesterday with a set of excercises to do  - very painful today.

I've got yellow, red and green bands............ What colours do you have? One problem..... I don't have wall bars at home!

I have got a red band. I am also using my pulley from last time as well. This is a really good one to do. One of the exercises is impossible to do at the moment but I will persevere.

Positions 68 and 70 are brilliant but you do need a green band. Have to go to see my physio on 31 August.. Fingers crossed she discharges me.                               Behave!
